Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within Canada.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $5 CAD for all domestic orders within Canada.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on orders over $50 CAD (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@niwatori.ca.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
