We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We accept payments through credit cards via Stripe. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) used in connection with any order.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If your payment is declined or reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order and terminate your access to our services.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping
We ship our products to Canada. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

4.2 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 No Refunds and No Returns
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@niwatori.ca with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged product. We will review your case and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
